AMD FX 8320 Build Specification Recommendation

Please Note: Notice I have not specified Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor and second Optical Drive. The mouse, keyboard and monitor are very generic and are for personal choice. During the past few years I have found that the need for two optical drives is just not there. We'll review these specs next meeting.
